When should I survey my property?
- When you are buying it.
- When you are selling it.
- When you are buying title insurance.
- When you are building on it.
- When you are putting up a fence.
- In a property-line dispute.
How much will it cost?
There are many factors that determine the cost of a survey. It depends on how much time is involved, the complexity of the job, and the kind of survey. Factors include your needs, the size of the property, its location, the terrain, the number of neighboring properties, and boundary-line evidence. With our state-of-the-art equipment and experience, Ausfeld & Waldruff can furnish you with a lump sum fee survey proposal for any project.
